Project

Located in Ponsonby, this housing development needed a fresh exterior design. Part of this process included incorporating various aluminium façade products into the design. This included Solaris fixed vertical louvres, fin balustrades, sheet metal screening (solid and dapple perforated pattern), pergolas and bin screens.

The sheet metal screens act as the balustrade and privacy screen. With limited space, the deck gutter was also made from aluminium and integrated into the balustrade design.

Challenge

The goal was to deliver a package that enhanced the buildings aesthetic appeal, within a tight budget and tight timeframes.

Solution

We worked with the main contractor and architect early in the design process, providing both design details and pricing as the design developed. This ensured that the architectural intent was achieved, along with ensuring that the design remained within the overall budget.

We believe the final result speaks for itself.
