These Powell Street Terrace Townhouses are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Avondale, Auckland. This development was designed by Leuschke Group and built by Hobson Construction, featuring our aluminium window shrouds, pergolas, and entrance canopies. 

The result is a functional, modern, and well-designed architectural development.

Challenge

The design of these townhouses called for a bespoke design with sufficient sunshade, weather protection, and an aesthetic statement. 

Solution

We supplied a series of large 450 x 50 aluminium window shrouds, entrance canopies, and a bespoke pergola design. We were engaged early in the design process, completing technical drawings and a PS1.

The design creates a sleek and modern architectural feature, combined with functional details.
