Brief: Solaris opening roof louvre and rain sensor

Architect: Chris Prebble Architects

Project overview: An architecturally designed home with views over lake Wanaka. An opening louvre roof was supplied to keep unwanted rain and excess sunlight away from the outdoor area. This enabled the owners to enjoy greater use of there outdoor living area. A rain sensor was added to ensure automatic closure of the louvres when it starts raining, ensuring that all furniture is kept dry.
