Project

Hobsonville village is one of Auckland’s fastest growing suburbs. We were initially contacted in the design phase of this project providing design drawings and advice to the building team (Mike Greer Homes).

Challenge

Our aluminium louvre and facade products were required for this project to ensure the properties looked good. The terraced houses all followed a similar design and needed an extra design element to make them stand out, on a busy road.

Solution

As well as providing detailed design drawings and advice, we also supplied the PS1 for building consent. We then worked with the site team to ensure a timely installation and a seamless onsite experience. The result was a very happy client and another set of good-looking terraced houses.
