Stonefields is a well-established community in Auckland’s newest city fringe suburb, only 8 kilometres from the CBD. Stonefields is a place that is known for its quality apartments, spacious family homes, excellent primary school, and vibrant neighbourhood shops.

Challenge

Aurae was engaged to provide a number of aluminium products to give the houses a modern look along with necessary practical benefits such as providing shade and shelter.

Solution

We worked with the architects and builders (Fletcher Living) to develop the designs, provide PS1’s, and manufacture and install the various products. 

Aurora fixed louvre blades were added to exterior windows on the homes to add sun shading and privacy. Sun shade and entrance canopies were added over windows and doors to provide shelter from the elements.
