Project

This St Heliers home was built in December 2023 by Principal Homes, who we’ve worked with on previous projects.

This elegant home features our louvre roof, Caldera 150 louvres, both motorised and fixed. After the architect specified a series of louvre products, Principal Homes reached out to our team to provide all the façade features from a single contractor.

Challenge

The main challenge for this project was concealing the wires inside the louvre framework.

Working with the electrician and site foreman, we achieved this for all operable louvres. Another obstacle was the steep site, requiring additional precautions during delivery and installation. 

Solution

Using our louvre roof and Caldera 150 louvres, both motorised and fixed, the Aurae team completed the project as designed. 

Working closely with the site foreman and electrician, our project manager ensured all the wires were concealed within the framework. We are proud of the final result, creating a cohesive, high-end development worthy of the affluent seaside suburb.
