Aluminium entrance canopies in Cadman Ave by Aurae

Challenge

The development needed entrance canopies that would provide effective shelter for residents whilst sitting below the existing soffit line. The canopies required integrated guttering for proper water management and needed to offer additional protection for fire alarm panels positioned near the entrances.

Solution

We supplied and installed custom aluminium entrance canopies with integrated front guttering that met all functional requirements. The canopies vary in size, with the largest measuring 3.2m wide by 1.2m high. The installation process focused on efficiency to minimise disruption across the multi-unit development. The powder-coated aluminium construction ensures durability with minimal maintenance, whilst providing effective shelter for both residents and fire alarm panels.
