Situated in Long Bay’s thriving master-planned community, these Caldera Drive units needed a unique architectural feature to really make them stand out from the crowd.

Challenge

The units needed a custom facade, that was truly bespoke. Only a custom louvre solution would do to add some wow-factor to these properties.

Solution

We worked with the builder (G.J. Gardner) to provide custom screens along with the opening roofs and heaters in the outdoor area. The attention to detail including the specially powder-coated fixings ensured that the end result was truly mesmerising.
